My phone no longer connects to a network whilst I am in Thailand! My phone bill i've been charged is double what is was supposed to be capped at, and I have no way of contacting O2. I've searched your website and you don't have a contact e-mail address and the web page just sends me around in circles! CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME ASAP TO SORT OUT THIS MESS????????
I CANT USE THE APP AS THE SIM CARD WITH MY NUMBER NO LONGER WORKS YET I AM BEING CHARGED FOR THIS MESS!!!!!

No one from o2 will contact you from here.
If you have o2 Travel you are charged £6 per day, and you spend cap doesn't apply as per the t&c's
You may have hit the o2 internal credit limit...
