Just arrived in Greece. Have received SMS messages from O2, but cannot make calls. PaYG customer. How to get assistance?

Many thanks. I got it working by choosing select a network provider, finding that no network other than the automatically selected COSMOTE was available, and then choosing COSMOTE. So, it appears to work provided you select the network explicitly. Wired!

Some things to try:

1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
