I am on a pay monthly plan. My phone can't connect to mobile network since this afternoon. I got a "No service" on where it's usually "O2 UK". I tried restart my phone, but no luck. I tried to contact O2 via chat many times but every time the bot disconnected me, citing no one is available. I tried taking out the SIM and put it back in, but no luck either. I don't have a working phone to call O2 either. What should I do?

I would pop to a local o2 shop with photo ID, and ask them to do a sim swap, which can be there and then.
If you can then use another phone to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 and they can post one out to you.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
You can message O2 on Social Media
Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)
(https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

Thank you all for your kind help and replies.
I borrowed another phone and managed to reach O2 by 0344 809 0202. The agent re-activated my SIM over the phone and I am connected now.
(Before borrowing a phone I tried to reach O2 via chat a few more times but no luck)
