Hi I went to take a picture today and my camera crashed on the phone and eversince that i am not able to open my apps on the phone lock the device or even turn the device off im able to move the screen around like normal turn wifi and mobile data on and off but not Bluetooth any ideas i have a Iphone XR

Try a soft reset first.

Press volume up, then volume down the hold power button until Apple logo appears on screen.
