People call me and get through to another person number

My phone was barred for nearly two weeks and I could not get calls/ alls or have access to 4G. It was eventually solved in this community on Saturday after a lot of misery and calling 02 x10 times.

now people cannot call my number and get through to me. They get through to another number which bears no resemblance to me. I urgently need my phone to work! Is this more o2 misery! Help!

You need to call o2 and speak to them, as no one can have your number, also check your call forwarding settings as it could be something in there. 

Where this is depends on the phone, but is usually in the Call Settings Menu

Thanks. It is not a problem on my phone as I am not forwarding. It is off. I have called o2 and they say they cannot help me and have filled a form and somebody should get back to me within 24 hours.

The point is I need people for work and family to get in touch with me and also if there is an emergency.
