I’ve just paid off my old phone and ordered a new one, I’m trying to change the name from my mums to mine and trying to change the payment aswell as the date all to my name

You must apply for the contract in your name as the account holder has to pass a credit check. You can't just change the name with credit checks.
Customer service can also help with a bill date change.
You need to contact O2.

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
