Pay monthly to pay as you go

I changed my pay monthly to pay as you go, and wanted to keep my number, I thought everything was sorted when I spoke to someone,  but now it is showing a new number on my 02 for pay as you go

Apologies for being pedantic, but you need to migrate your number @Lizz1 not port in.
