Me too    for years . Getting to the point of wanting to change provider.   

. I change my password . Go to use the password and its not accepted.  This has happened 5 times in the past year At least

If there is something wrong with the initial password why dont 02 say initially. Im running out of options.  3 passwords this am  . None accepted. Im locked out of vieing my bill. Not funny.
