When accessing my credit card acc the bank sends a one time password code to my phone for security and I'm not receiving it. I've checked with the bank and the code is being sent. They have advised that it's likely being blocked by my service provider. I need this resolved.

There is a known issue with Santander bank which crops up often.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
