Partial/Failed Number Porting Problem from Three

Hi. I know there are a number of identical and very recent posts about this kind of problem but I've just been told by the phone CS team to wait yet another 24 hours.
I submitted an application to port my number over from Three on Monday, and it happened partially on Tuesday. But my new O2 SIM card and O2 account details are still associated with the temporary O2 number. Calls to the old Three number that I want to keep go straight to O2 voicemail so the process is only part completed.
Is there anyone here who can help resolve this while the CS team "contact the back office" again? I see @O2Sarah has been very helpful here... In the meantime I can't access any website that wants to do authentication via SMS to my old number and this is getting quite urgent.
