Hi, my phone was cut off as I missed my payment. I paid it back two days ago but I still don't have a working sim card. I've rebooted it and tried enabling / disabling data. The account shows paid. Any suggestions? I can't call tech support

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
