Hi I paid my 02 bill on tuesday the 4th July but 02 still saying I haven't paid it!, I paid £61 through my 02 app as my bill was £60.85. I recieved a txt saying its been paid and the money has been paid out from my bank account,so now unsure what to do?! Have tried calling but lines are busy!!

@Dizzycat To avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit, as you're meant to.
Speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
