Paid bill no service

I’ve just paid my phone bill and I’ve turned my phone on and off 5 times since paying it and my services are still not working. Can someone tell me why this is?

It takes 24 to 48 hours to reconnect after a late payment. You may also have a reconnection fee to pay.

As it's approaching the weekend, you may not be reconnected before Monday now.
