I locked my phone and need PUK code but the SIM is from Virgin, I can't contact virgin as i left them and can't find how to contact o2 by email. I would like to order a new SIM if i can't get a PUK code for the Virgin SIM.

Have you checked myo2 via the website? There is also no email support with o2.
Best option will be to pop into an o2 store with Photo ID, and they can issue a new sim there and then for you.
Otherwise you will need to call 0344 809 0202 and order a new sim and one will be posted out to you.
