Hello, 

 

My phone decided to turn itself off. When I managed to get it back on, put in the correct PIN code but it has now locked and I now need the PUK code. I have logged in to my o2 on my desktop checked my details and it is not there. Tried to contact o2 via the online chat and called them but unable to get through because they send you a text message with a code on it but I dont have access to my phone hence needing the PUK code. Also tried the o2 PUK code finder where you put your number in but it doesnt work. Any advice?
