Can you please help - I have checked the signal in my area it says it is Good, I have had a new SIM card from yourselves which made no difference. My internet and phone signal at BB18 5SW is terrible. I have to stand at the kitchen door to make and recieve calls and 95% of the time I cannot get onto the internet.
