Hi, I ordered a new SIM and used the O2 online form to register my PAC code. A week later my phone number still hasn't transferred from my old SIM card onto my new SIM card. Please can someone help me with this?

Have a look at this guide, as if you didnt get a text with a date on it, from either network, it hasnt been processed.
Guide: Migration & porting into O2
