From June 5th to august 12th i had zero service at work. After many calls and complaints i was offered £102 compensation. It is now OCTOBER and the credit has STILL not been applied.
I have been an 02 customer for almost 15 yrs and never have i had to go through so much aggravation with any service from anyone.
I have 3 phones with 02 and i now cant wait to leave. Disgraceful customer service and customer care is an absolute joke.
The mast where i work was broken and i lost income due to this.
So could 02 please advise me why i was given £102 compensation for the terrible service and now 2 months later im having to waste me time writing this complaint.
