I have been charged twice for my monthly bill and wondering how I go about getting this refunded?

@MS3 There are two payments taken --for device and then airtime on a Refresh contract. However if you know this and it is two Full payments taken, then you need to contact O2 all numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
