Hello, I really wanted to order the Apple Ipad Pro 12.9 Inch.. But it stated on the website it was out of stock, so I settled for the Apple Ipad pro 11 Inch as it said it was in stock for next day delivery and it is for work purposes and I need it as soon as possible I also bought the apple pencil 2nd gen and paid in full for this, I then recieved and email saying that the ipad was out of stock, there was no indication as to when it would be in stock and now I will not be able to work, I do not want to cancel this order but I would perhaps like to change it for the one I originally wanted if the wait time is the same, how do I find out the waiting time and how would I change the device? You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
