I ordered a phone more than a week ago via 02's website. The website asked me to start my preferred delivery day. That day came and went and I can't get hold of anyone to understand when I can expect my phone to arrive. If its going to significantly delayed, I'm tempted to cancel. But again, I can't get hold of anyone on the customer service lines (after more than an hour of waiting)
