Old number - is anything saved?

Hello everyone,

I had an O2 number for many years, but when I spent a year in Australia, the number became invalid. This was about 7 years ago. My query is whether or not it’s possible for O2 to retrieve any communication or voicemail from my old number. My wonderful Dad passed away and I had voicemail from him on that number, and I thought it would be saved forever when I went away, so didn’t think to check or anything.

anyway, I find myself missing my Dad and wanting to hear his voice, so thought I would ask the question here.

Many thanks and all the best

@KateW986 Sorry for your loss. After that many years of inactivity no voicemails would be saved, and your phone number would have been reassigned.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
