Solved: O2Recycle

Hi All,

Anyone used an enhanced recycle and able to shed light on this? I am trying to put through my recycle online for the enhanced £250 for Fold 4. When I enter the Connection Ref from the receipt like the guy in store said it tells me its invalid. Do I need to wait a certain amount of time for it to filter through?

So, update... the o2- number was valid but it was an issue with their system that wasn't accepting the code. All sorted.

You need to use your order reference number, starting with ms-

I was baffled to as when I upgraded online previous it was an MS number
