Hi. I’ve joined O2 for a E sim deal. There is a order reference but no sign of how the checks have gone/ so I can activate and get a E sim.
p2. I tried to contact support. Needs me to go on the o2 app. I try I login but it’s not available yet so no sign of me getting in touch with tech support.
Any help much appreciated

There is no o2 support on this customer to customer forum.
You are going to best contacting the sales team on 0808 002 0202 as they are the only ones who can give you any indication.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
