Hello. Received new pay monthly sim sim only 4 days ago, did the form to move old payg o2 number over. Checked with o2 chat next day to see if went thru (payg sim said emergency calls only so something happened) and the o2 member said she cant see anything as having been done??? She asked for sim serial of old payg sim number to keep so gave and she said will be sorted by end of the next day. Well the pay monthly sim still has the new pay monthly number and my old sim still has emergency calls only. The old number should be 'on' the new sim by now right? Thanks
