Solved: O2 open

I received a text today from o2 advising that my airtime bill is £29. This has went up by £7.
I have the o2 open discount for working for the NHS, so thought maybe that had something to do with it. When I checked that I was still discounted, it advised it ends in November 2021. I was advised this was for 2 years.
is there any advice as to why the price has increased and why my discount is ending a year earlier than I was told?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
