O2 open family discount

Can someone please explain how I can add an o2 open discount code to my partners account with her having just upgraded. The advisor online chat stated this can be done once she receives the phone but how? You can’t chat to an advisor as it’s always too busy and incredibly frustrating

Yes I’ve read that but it doesn’t answer my question I have two codes for friends and family and I’d like to give one to my partner to enable her to also receive 25% air time discount 

Does she just need to phone up and offer the code to an advisor?

You would both need to register for Open and apply your codes to your own accounts.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this if you're having problems.

Thank you - yes when I open o2 discount it just asks for her employee code…surely if I am sharing a code with her she doesn’t need to register or have an eligible employer scheme. We were told this could be added after she received the phone however it says online the code should be given at time of sale

It can be applied up to 28 days from taking the contract or upgrade.

Just contact O2 as above as it will be easiest for you.
