I want to install a new sim card, I need a code but my O2 connection is not working. I can not get a text from you, nobody can contact me ( only on WhatsApp ) and my O2 account does not work either. You have sent me a new sim, but I can not install it without a 6-digit code. Something is wrong on your side. My internet works ( TalkTalk) but I do not have vertical pins on my mob. Please do something.

This isnt customer services, so you will need to use another phone to call customer services or use skype their is a handy guide here to skype Guide: A Guide to Skype and a guide on how to contact customer services Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Also please remove to your mobile number from the post title by clicking on the down arrow and selecting edit..
