Hi there, I have recently registered a new O2 account but when I try to log in it says that my account isn’t ready yet? I have waited over 48 hours but I am still unable to use it?

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
