I’ve signed up to O2 open and received the email to my work address.

 

when I follow the link and enter email address I either have error 400 or 500 and link not working.

 

can anyone please assist?

the issue isn’t this page.

 

after the o2 open invite is sent to work email it provides a link for you to then sign in.

after entering an email address- either error 400/500 appears and you cannot progress.

Remove the redirects after the main identifier from the url and hit enter.

It might be worth asking your IT Dept, as I know we some times do URL changes to make sure we scan the URL. I had to whitelist the o2 open URL's as well as others from o2.
Also worth speaking to your Rewards team after and letting them know..
