Hi I have an iPhone 12 plus. Intermittently, seemingly randomly the network drops and I cannot use data or voice services. I have found that I can recover it by using Network Reset in Settings. Only this works for a while and then we go round the circle again. Can anyone help please? Thank you,

Keith.

P.S. The network status shows no problems in the area.

@Keith8

Have you tried a new sim card?

Any O2 store will provide a free replacement.

Thank you. No I haven't. I will do so as soon as I can get to the O2 store. Keith.
