O2 App not showing minutes and texts ysed

Good morning

Since moving across from Virgin mobile I have had problems with the O2 app.  Although the app shows my data used it doesn't show minutes or texts used. Does anyone know why?  I have logged in and out a few times to see if this brings it up but no luck.  It does identify my transferred number and me but I still have this problem.  Also I haven't been able to find a phone number to speak to an O2 customer service advisor on the O2 Web site AND the message system on the app always reports its busy.  Frustrating!!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for the clarity, you have saved me time trying to contact O2 which I've found to be not easy today.
