Hello, I have made two requests for a mobile number transfer from an old sim and O2 account to a new sim and O2 account, the first time being on 17/03/2023, however this transfer has still not occurred. Is there any chance you could help please? Thanks slight_smile

After a week following transfer of number to O2 from Lycamobile still no texts working and cannot receive calls from anyone outside o2 network -what’s going on?
