Hi all...
I moved from Plusnet to O2 last week (as Plusnet is closing down)........and got a PAC code to port my number over. This mostly happened on 6th July, but it appears it's not completed properly........most stuff seems to come to my 02 phone, but things like messages and OTPs from Santander Bank, for instance, are still going to the Plusnet SIM, which is still active with my number (so 2 phones with the same number - didn't think that was possible) and now in my old S6 phone (I only discovered this by switching the old phone on, on the off-chance an OTP had gone there - I can't do online banking without these OTP messages). I contacted support on 202 on the afternoon of the 7th, and was told it was being escalated and would be sorted within 24hrs, but it's still the same now (11th July at 11:20). I just tried the online Chat, but it said the dept was too busy and just closed the Chat. Can anyone advise.......I'm beginning to regret switching to O2 now.......

@O2Sarah- i have also ported a number into O2 (from Vodafone) and it seems a mess. Im not getting some SMS and calls (from people on Vodafone) and if I put my old Vodafone sim into another phone I can make and receive calls and data fine. So I have 2 phones with the same number… I can see there seems to be a lot of split porting problems in the last few days on the forums. Could someone help me please? I called CS and they said I need to take my phones into an Apple Store….
also just to add, when I call CS the automated service says my number is managed by an independent supplier (which it’s not it’s direct with O2). So I have to put in a random O2 number to get through to anyone?
wifi calling is enabled in my o2 app but on my iPhone it says contact o2
when I try and add a data plan for Apple Watch it says my o2 account isn’t eligible?
I know let’s fix things 1 thing at a time but why all these issues?

Where and with who did you sign up @dlfranks ?
o2 have some "selected partners" who (if we are honest) are a little fast and loose with how they get people to sign up. They get private consumers to sign up to business contracts, which are really unsuitable for individuals and have much worse terms.
Let's see if we can get you working properly - we have some community advisors who might be able to help.
Can you get in touch to see if you can help please @O2Emma ?
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Just a quick update to say that my porting issues appear to have been resolved, and to say thanks to O2Sarah for her assistance.
