I am not receiving text messages from one number.

I have checked I have not blocked them. We can still call each other and I can text them but they can't text me, message fails.

I have tried deleting contact info and readding on both phones.

Can anyone help please?

FIXED. The problem was on my friends side. She has now downloaded a different SMS app and i can now get her messages.

I can see you have checked for blocked numbers but have you checked the message app to as some phones can block messages and calls separately.

Yes, checked messages blocked list and it is empty.

I would get them to reach out to their network provider to see if they can see any reason why..
