Not receiving authorising Text Messages/OTP’s after porting to O2

I ported recently from LYCA to O2 on 15th March, since then I am not able to receive any authorising OTP Text messages. Called customer care multiple times but none worked so far. Normal text messages from friends and family are fine but anything from service numbers such as from banks, apps doesn’t come in??

Hi @Gaurav

O2 are aware of a problem with OTP's and are currently working on a fix.

It's been going on for some time, so I hope it's sorted soon.

Not sure if the customer service is aware of this as they ended up asking me to increase my spend cap so text from external service numbers can come in

Just change it then save and reboot your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
