Not receiving Santander OTPs since porting from EE - other texts are fine

Hi - number ported from EE to o2 yesterday. All other calls and texts are received fine. OPT from HMRC has been received but no OTPs from Santander are received. These are needed for business banking. No spend cap on the account, 18+ activated, number in settings correct. iPhone 13 Pro Max. Any advice as this seems to be a problem at o2 end. Santander are confirming the texts are being sent at the time and date requested. Thanks

Texts are the last thing to be provisioned when porting in

It can take a couple of days for the complete process

Hopefully these will start coming through for you soon
