Not able to receive texts since porting

My number ported over, initially I was receiving texts but this has stopped and despite multiple restarts I still cannot receive any verification codes that I need to be able to log on to work. 

Calls and data are working fine and I can send SMS, just cannot receive any. 

@O2Lisa can you help me as I've seen you've helped others before?

Hi @AlyT, course I can .. I’ll message you privately and look in to this for you. 

My working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 18:00
Any messages sent outside these time will be responded to on my return.
