My number ported over, initially I was receiving texts but this has stopped and despite multiple restarts I still cannot receive any verification codes that I need to be able to log on to work.
Calls and data are working fine and I can send SMS, just cannot receive any.
@O2Lisa can you help me as I've seen you've helped others before?
