It depends on which system o2 have you on @Fungifips  (they are moving customers to a new system in the background).

If you are on the old system, then customer services need to turn on WiFi calling on your account.

24 hours later you turn it on in your My o2.

24 later you then can turn it on in the phone settings.

If you are on the new system (called 360), you can turn it on yourself without contacting customer services, but the rest remains true.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

@Fungifips

If on Pay Monthly, you need to call o2 to enable it

If on PAYG then it is not available.

Sorry you will have to persevere with o2.

Thank you, I believe I’m still on old system? I just find the call centre awful, he left me on hold for 20 minutes (was on top of a hill as only place I get signal lol) then cut me off!  Speaking to someone’s seems to be only way of getting it sorted, I find the app not easy to navigate as well so I appreciate any help 😊

You also need O2 to check you have iData enabled on your account.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
