Good morning,

II've just switched over from Virgin, and since the switch I'm getting no voicemail notifications whatsoever. If someone leaves one, the only way I know about it is if I actually dial into voicemail. The voicemail options on my phone are all switched on, and I was receiving notifications right up until the switch to O2, since the switch I'm getting nothing. I've got a Galaxy S21. Please help! Thanks

Try a network reset then turn voicemail off and back on again.

Also if you still have the original Virgin SIM, sometimes better off getting an O2 SIM, an O2 Shop (with photo ID!) can do this for you.

Also see if you Text ACTIVE to 2020, O2'll text back with the settings - then you'd need to turn the phone off and back on when they've been installed.

See if that helps, @Josephine667.

I've been texting ACTIVE but it just keeps sending me a reply saying that they are busy

You'll need to contact O2 to reset your voicemail.

Call 202 from your O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402

You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
