Since joining O2 on 8 jan , I’ve received no texts, i messages , I have. It acted 02 support at least 5-6 times over recent weeks and called into the O2 shop too. I had 2 replacement sims .
Still no joy ! It’s driving me crazy now as I’ve missed important texts , can’t set up banks, apps etc as not receiving validation codes via text. I really hope someone can help or will have to go back to another provider . Thanks

You need to contact O2.
