No text working since number change over

Help not had text messaging work since number ported in 31st may raised 3 times over 202, my O2 and socials all 3 references closed without issue being resolved all said its been sent to back office to resolve ASAP. Non get back to me all they do is close the reference.  Does anyone no how to switch on the text messages and new contacts not getting through on calls either. It's not the phone as O2 shop tried sim in there phones and said its an O2 network issue

It will probably be closed as the network who own your number are closing. All you can do is get back in touch with o2, and get them to pass it back through and it will have to be passed back to where you ported from to get them to fix the issue

I have contacted O2 3 times nothing being done the number came from O2 legacy is now on my 360 account so the transfer was from O2 to O2

Only option seems to port number to a provider that can provide text messaging and calls as O2 is failing at providing a service
