Have had no signal all weekend, been going on since around june when was switched from virgin(hardly ever had problems when on virgin signal).

Daft question. Any chance of o2 getting mast fixed properly so we dont have these problems again.

Eventually, but nothing is likely to happen quickly.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Are you still using the Virgin Sim, or are you using a new o2 sim...

As the old VM sims and there dodgy setup, can have problems with the o2 network, in some cases, so might be worth popping to an o2 store with Photo ID and getting them to swap you to a native o2 sim.

Or if you dont mind been cut off till the new year call customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and they will post one out, but will also cut off your current sim whilst one slowly makes its way to you.
