I don’t have any signal and would like some help to fix. I’ve turned phone on and off and tried reinserting sim but neither has worked

If you need a new sim you can get one from any O2 store (take ID) or contact O2 online.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
