Since changing to 02 on a contract sim my phone now gets no signal and has been like this for around 3 weeks

Is this on your old sim or a new one @Keeleigh ? Did you do a sim swap to a new sim to get 5G?

Can you try another working sim in your phone to check for any issues there, and/or try your sim a working phone to check that is ok?
Failing that it sounds like you need to visit a store or call customer services for some more help.
