Hello, one of my sim plans has no network coverage nor data. The other is working fine.
Please can you help?

Could be sim or phone failure.
Swap sims between phones and see which the fault follows.

Thank you for your reply, managed to get it sorted as I called. Reset the network and its all up and working again 😁
