Hi,
I changed from Vodafone to O2 and my life became very difficult.
I have almost no signal in the house and on our street even though living in town. I am missing calls and texts, school cannot get hold of me and I cannot call back. It is the worst ever service I had with mobile provider. What are my options to cancel contract or try to get a booster? Thanks

Options to cancel penalty free in the first 14 days, after that you will be required to pay off the contract.
In general boosters are a thing of the past as WiFi Calling has taken over. You need to ask O2 to activate it on your account and then switch if on at the handset.
