Solved: No signal in or near my home

Hi,

My general area is shown to have good signal inside & outside my home on the relevant O2 map checker, yet I cannot get signal within 200+ metres of my home. Why is this? Am I in some kind of signal / reception shadow? This is not an issue with my device as it happens to others as well.

Signal maps are only theoretical computer simulations and not to be taken literally.

Signal should always be checked by using PAYG sims for the highest accuracy.
