Hi, I've moved to a new area and have no signal. My partner has signal and he's recently moved to O2. I've checked network tracker - no alerts, I've reset my network setting - no change. Correct me if I'm wrong but he has an iphone, and I don't, so I don't believe I can test my sim card in his.

Please advise

Sim will work in any phone to test.

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As another phone on O2 is working this is clearly not a network issue, in this case at least.
