Why is it that every time I look at the network status in my area there is always a mast down! Has been stating this for for 8 months now....signal was ok at home address then progressively got worse. Can't get out of contract till November. Understand in certain rooms with insulation will be difficult, but to have to hang out a top window if I get or make a call in this day and age is bull******....my wife's is the same if not worse and can't get thru to anybody in 02 for any compensation on how many months I/we have not had a signal...

tried all the methods that online states and phone is less than 2years old...Rubbish network Rubbish company scammed me into signing up by stating it's Good all round  in my area.....

Sounds like a mast may have been decommissioned.....

You'll need to call customer service to discuss any compensation.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
